We’ve made installing your Crack Safe screen protector simple and stress-free. Each purchase comes with a detailed how-to video that guides you through the process step by step.

Our video covers everything, including how to:

  • Prepare your screen for a clean, dust-free application.
  • Align the screen protector perfectly with your device.
  • Smooth out bubbles or other issues during installation.

If you encounter any obstacles, like trapped dust or stubborn bubbles, our video provides solutions to ensure a flawless finish. With Crack Safe, we’ve got you covered—literally!

Do you offer warranties on your products?

Crack Safe offers a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase or if the product is defective, please contact our customer service within 30 days for a replacement or refund.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

No, at the moment we only ship our product in Australia. Delivery times depend on your location. For Queensland, the estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days. For other states, the estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days. If you would like same-day or next-day delivery, you can choose the express option for an additional $6.95.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly at Post Office website.
